The hotel is quiet, clean, staff are very attentive but the location is a little far from the main city centers.

O hotel eh muito bem localizado, na avenida de entrada da cidade, lugar muito bonito. Tem um enorme potencial, mas está meio abandonado. Quartos grandes, mas a cama de casal pequena, carpetes do quarto e do hotel rasgados e machados. Tem uma cachoeira maravilhosa, com um pequena trilha, cachoeira realmente muito bonita. Eh uma pena a manutenção não estar em dia, pois o hotel tem um potencial enorme, mas se vê que eh bem antigo. Café da manhã razoável.

Opção agradável de hospedagem.

No geral foi muito boa a estadia! Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom , quarto confortável, limpeza boa, custo benefício muito bom, funcionários atenciosos e uma natureza expendida. Hotel carece de um pouco mais de manutenção. Senti falta de um ar condicionado ou pelo menos um ventilador no quarto.

O hotel precisa de muitos reparos, o café da manhã é razoável, o quarto é amplo e o espaço externo é maravilhoso. Os móveis não são funcionais e são antigos, precisam ser substituídos. O quarto que ficamos era amplo e arejado apesar das persianas antigas e emperradas. Não existe ventilador ou ar condicionado, sorte que a noite fez frio. O sinal de Internet é horrível.

Hotel honesto e ótimo custo benefício.

Adorei a minha estada no hotel. Voltaria com certeza. Apesar do hotel ter acomodações simples e ser um prédio de 60 anos, compensa pelo café da manhã muito gostoso e funcionários prestativos. Local é próximo ao centro comercial e longe do centro turístico, mas sem problemas. O bosque e a cachoeira são muito agradáveis e ficam dentro do hotel.

Simplesmente perfeito

Hotel simples, mas muito bom. Ótimo custo benefício, ainda mais em Campos, onde tudo é muito caro. Localização: Fica a 4 km do centro, mas está praticamente na avenida principal Atendimento perfeito. Todos os funcionários são bem solícitos e muito simpáticos. Volto com certeza.

Natal em Campos do Jordão

Ótimo ambiente, acomodação e antendimento. O café da manhã, excelente. Quase nada a reclamar, somente em relação ao banheiro que não tem um exaustor e a janela não abria, estava emperrada e com sinais de estar assim há um bom tempo. Isso é muito ruim, pq as toalhas não secam, fica tudo muito úmido. Tivemos que deixar a janela do quarto o tempo todo aberta para poder ventilar. Outro problema foi com algumas goteiras sobre as camas, as quais só percebemos na segunda noite, no momento da chuva. Reclamamos na primeira vez a um senhor, cabelos grisalhos e com barba, do qual não sei o nome, mas me lembro que ele usava um agasalho do tipo conjunto, tipo aqueles usados por atletas, porém ele disse que iria verificar e não mandou ninguém. À noite, depois que mudou o turno dos recepcionistas reclamamos novamente e desta vez fomos atendidos e realocados em outro quarto.
