### Villino Aloe a few steps from the beach

The city was defined in the 1950s as "the little Viareggio", its seafront is full of clubs and restaurants where you can dine on local fish thanks to the presence of fishing boats which the town treasures and maintains its history and traditions. A complete seaside holiday: large beach of golden sand both free and equipped, games for children, beaches with tourist and sports equipment, excursions by land and sea, and the picturesque, very lively and touristic centre. You will be completely discouraged from discovering other beaches, even if this stretch of coast is the richest in heavenly sandy coves, smooth cliffs where you can relax, wild coves overlooking the sea; all just a few minutes away by car. Staying in Marina di Campo means enjoying a complete holiday, far from city stress, in a place with a thousand flavors and a thousand colours, where the sea is experienced in all the facets it can offer.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residence address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer registry. The data is mandatory, failure to communicate it following the booking may lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.  
Our property is called this way because it will be able to give you a moment of serenity, prosperity, to best enjoy your holidays between a crystal clear sea and a tourist center very renowned for its services, its premises and all the comforts that offers. It is the only municipality on the island that guarantees a complete holiday, without the need to use the car, as you will have everything at your fingertips!  
  
Villa sleeps 4/6 - Maximum 4 adults accompanied by 2 children under 12 years of age  
The property is on the ground floor and is spread over a single floor for an internal surface area of ​​approximately 55 m2 and an external surface area of ​​approximately 80 m2; it is composed of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; two large double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house is completely fenced and has an external courtyard in front of the house and a large porch equipped for outdoor dining, complete with external kitchenette and external shower. During the high season, you’ll always have a reserved parking space within Residence Orizzonti, just 600 meters from the property. And, with a bit of luck, you might be able to park right in front of the apartment thanks to an extra spot offered by a tenant—super convenient for your holiday! Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. During the low season, parking is free and unrestricted.

\- external kitchenette and sink; outdoor shower with hot water; parking space 600 m far the Villino (in low season parking on site is not a problem) porch with outdoor furniture  
  
Important Notes:  
\- minimum age for check-in is 23 years old (aimed at groups of guys)  
\- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age  
\- check-in in our Agency from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid  
\- only small pets allowed, with a €30 cleaning fee  
\- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)  
\- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site  
  
The information for key collection will be indicated within 48 hours before the arrival date.
