The beach of Fetovaia is one of the most beautiful and renowned on the island; protected from the winds by the narrow promontory that stretches over the sea, covered by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, it offers wonderful views on the various inlets and on the granite boulders of Monte Capanne behind it.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.  
  
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.  
The strong point of our apartment is that it offers a double parking space, one in front of the house, one reserved 150 meters from the Fetovaia beach.

It consists of a bright living room with double bed and single bed, kitchen with fridge and oven and bathroom with shower. Large patio with sea view, equipped with outdoor furniture, private parking space in front of the apartment and private parking space 30 meters from the Fetovaia beach.

Appartamento con vista spettacolare, comodo e fresco, la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ma avendo il parcheggio riservato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia sicuramente più comodo spostarsi in macchina. Appartamento super consigliato!
