The location does not need much publicity, being the most famous and popular seaside resort on the island. The golden sandy beach 400 meters away is among the strong points, even if it is not the only one, given the numerous tourist services that this town offers. Despite the strong presence of establishments, there is no shortage of stretches of free beach, it is particularly suitable for families with children, given that the seabed slopes gently and is particularly sheltered from the wind, or for those who love comfort in general.

Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.  
  
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record.

We offer our guests two apartments both on the first floor, part of a recently renovated small building consisting of 4 units, centrally located in Marina di Campo.  
  
2 bed-room apartment (about 60 m2) - 4/6 beds (maximum 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age)  
Apartment composed of hallway, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and dining table, habitable terrace.
