We offer our guests a complex of mini apartments, 2 on the ground floor with an equipped outdoor area at the front and a porch with a rear garden, 2 on the first floor with an equipped balcony. The strong point of the structure is certainly their position!  
We are in the center of the most sought after tourist resort on the island of Elba, Marina di Campo. The country offers opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free sections and equipped establishments, is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday, for young people and for those who love nightlife, it is undoubtedly the right location , with its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.  
Two-room apartment sleeps 2/4 (about 30 m2)  
Each apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed which opens to a double bed and dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment is on the first floor and has a beautiful equipped terrace. It has been completely renovated with quality comforts and services in spring 2024.

\- in the center of Marina di Campo; quiet area; 150 meters from the beach

\- induction burners; Smart TVs; refrigerator with freezer; oven; washing machine; air conditioning included in the price both in the bedroom and in the living room; Wifi

\- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid  
\- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros for cleaning  
\- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
