Rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff were all really nice and professional (including the front desk guys, bar staff, and room service person). I had just come from two Meliá properties in São Paulo and Brasília, and the Hotel Deville beat them both. The only feedback I would offer is the showers don’t seem to be as updated as the rest of the space.

I thought that the property was great for visitors. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating (especially with me being a foreigner). I think the staff went above and beyond for me. Their restaurant made incredible food. The pool area was great for relaxing, and there are plenty of amenities for guests. I would recommend this place to any visitors to Campo Grande.

After 2 weeks of camping and more rustic stays, i thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of this hotel. Breakfast is a top notch wonderland of anything you could want to eat. I will always stay here if I am lucky enough to find myself in Campo Grande again!

O Hotel é excelente, conta com uma recepção preocupada em atender e servir da melhor forma. O café da manhã é impecável e conta com omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora. O quarto é fantástico, todo novo, extremamente limpo, com diversos e maravilhosos travesseiros. Manobrista para estacionar o carro (pago a parte, no local). Fica perto do Parque das Nações Indígenas. Vale muito.
