Birchwood Lake is a private fish sanctuary, and lake access is strictly prohibited per HOA regulations. That means: No fishing, boating, swimming, or wading. No use of paddleboards, kayaks, or watercraft on Birchwood Lake. Violations may result in HOA fines starting at $1,000 and immediate removal. The good news? Kettle Moraine Lake is just a short walk away and offers: A public beach Boat launch & fishing pier Tiki Bar, live music & games Paddle gear available at the cabin General Conduct Clean up after yourself in all shared spaces. Return any moved furniture to its original location. Report damages or accidents immediately. Do not exceed the maximum overnight occupancy. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (strictly enforced). The fireplace is a huge bonus. Beautiful view of the lake. Nice hike close by. We took kids tubing at Sunburst Valley (only 20 min drive) and they loved it .
