While directions for operation of theatre projector was said to be provided, we could not find them. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice flat screen tv in living room. It can be difficult to find places that are friendly to our dog, but this one was perfect. A bunch of beautiful woodsy trails are a quick walk away. The neighborhood was family oriented and we felt very safe there.
