Located at the foot of the Serra Tramuntana, passing through picturesque landscapes, flowering meadows, in the middle of an oak forest, you drive along a well-maintained rural road to the former estate of a large landowner. The vacation estate. "Es Rafal", an oasis of rest and relaxation, is one of the most exclusive estates in Mallorca due to its uniqueness and excellent characteristics. Once here, everyone can relax, rest and enjoy the virgin nature and the panoramic view from the terraces of the valleys and mountains, Another point to highlight is the 6 m x 4 m infinity pool. By the way, the water that fills this pool comes from the nearby natural spring "Ses Fonts Ufanes". A rustic natural stone staircase with a twisted olive wood railing leads you to the fantastically located pool. Between refreshing pool walks, you can relax on the loungers and perhaps simply do nothing; after all, it is vacation time. About the pool area is the enormous esplanade, a place that looks majestic with its tall palm tree. The current terrace area is in the back. The elaborate design of the floor and the facade of the house with its original entrance door offer a unique backdrop and a wonderful place to stay. Here you can sit under the deep blue sky in the morning and enjoy a delicious breakfast, and let a satisfying day end at night. The interior of the property also amazes the visitor. A glass door luxuriously decorated with colored glasses leads to the open living-dining room with a modern, fully equipped integrated kitchen. The living room is equipped with comfortable seat cushions, television and a fireplace integrated into the masonry, WIFI and satellite TV. The large natural wood dining table offers plenty of space for cozy gatherings, debates and "princely" meals. Those who prefer rustic can use the traditional living area in front of the fireplace, in the style of a Mallorcan country house. The bedrooms are, each one in itself, small luxury oases with an individual and particularly aesthetic note. The imposing design of the floor, walls, and ceiling is as impressive as the selected furniture and the skillfully placed individual pieces. The 5 bedrooms have bathrooms with showers integrated into the room. The bathroom elements are ultramodern and harmoniously integrated into the Mallorcan design room environment. This luxury estate is especially recommended for families and friends who are looking for that original and special Mallorca and wish to enjoy it at the highest level. Deposit 500 euros/reservation. Pool, Terrasse und Zimmer sind wunderbar. Man ist ganz für sich und hört nur das Blöken der Schafe und die Hühner. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat sich bei Problemen sofort gekümmert. ##### Stephanie E. This property was severely misrepresented on multiple accounts. The description and pictures are the antithesis of what is experienced in person. -IDEAL PROPERTY MALLORCA did not vet this property prior to listing it. The first time they stepped foot on the property was the day of our check-in. This was verified on a phone conversation after expressing initial concerns upon arrival. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY - they don't hold their properties accoutnable for what is promised. - NO PROPER AIR CONDITIONING: Small, poorly functioning units ONLY which don't work and blow luke-warm air - the temperature in the house was not habitable or tolerable. None of the spaces are properly air-conditioned. - EXTREMELY REMOTE LOCATION: NO WAY to find the home on Google Maps as the roads to the property DON'T EXIST on the map. The roads to the property are narrow dirt roads without signs, lights or landmarks. We would not have been able to navigate our way back at night or after dark. - RENDERED/PHOTOSHOPPED PHOTOS: Listing on VRBO is not representative of what the property looks like in person. In the photos, the property is lush, green, meticulously maintained and has a spa/hotel-like appearance. In person, the property is dark, the land is brown and barren....also poorly maintained, dusty, and there were empty boxes immediately lined up at the entryway . Even the pool water was cloudy in person as opposed to pristine in the pictures. Filthy grill and none of the outdoor furniture pictured was there in-person -DARK/POORLY LIT: NO ceiling lights and many of the lamps in the pictures were not present in person. No closets or any place to put away or hang clothing in the bedrooms. -SOLAR ELECTRICITY ONLY: owner told us the non-functional A/C would have to be turned off EVERY time we left the house - NON-WORKING CLOTHES DRYER - owner advised we would need to line-dry all clothes on an old dirty line outside - POOR MANAGEMENT - when voiced concerns, no solution was offered. We were told to communicate with the property owner who does not speak English making communication impossible. This was a miserable experience. We are avid travelers and have rented many VRBO properties in the past and have never had such a horrid experience. Finally, Ideal Property Mallorca has made no attempt to remediate the situation.
