The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with beautyrest mattress, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Additionally, there is an extra living room space with a twin bed and pull out trundle. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions like or simply unwinding in this peaceful retreat, this property is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We have decorated it with a desert rabbit & rose motif. Great neighborhood for walks. Open the door in the summer and enjoy the Arizona monsoon rains. Room to park a trailer or horse trailer (sorry no corral available). We offer grocery delivery-you choose items and pay on your preferred app we pick up and have it stocked for you. Private yoga, aerial silk yoga, pole or Pilates mat sessions available on request. Perfect stay for small girls weekends, Bachelorettes & birthdays as well as a great way to recharge after hiking. Owner is semi retired former aerial performer and instructor, fitness instructor since 1997 and E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor since 2008. While we continue to improve property ambiance and amenities our vintage cottage is a cozy oasis. You will drive in and take an immediate left, driving past the main home and barn style shed/garage. Tucked in the back the cottage is the original building on the property well built by the contractor owner with love. It is separate from our home and set back from the road. There are dogs on property secured behind a fence, and the cottage is insulated enough that little noise is audible although there may be some. We also have adorable chickies and duckies (also secured). Walking distance to town pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Butler Park, and the river. Carport parking fits most vehicles. Portable table for simple dining in the sitting area or to use with bedroom chair for work. At our Camp Verde property, guests may arrange private, on-site experiences such as: Guided wilderness walks Restorative aerial yoga Mat yoga or Pilates Pole dance sessions (private or small groups — popular for birthdays or bachelorettes) Sound baths (with or without gentle movement) Breathwork, guided rest, meditation, or guided prayer These experiences are designed to be gentle, consent-based, and suitable for all experience levels. There is a movement studio on property and owner is an experienced yoga instructor (RYT-200 since 2008) and has taught fitness, yoga, and dance since 1997. We are happy to welcome pets only when they are properly declared and the pet fee is paid at booking. • All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival • A pet fee is required for all animals except ADA-defined service animals • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not exempt from pet fees The pet fee directly covers additional professional cleaning, allergen treatment, and wear on the home. This is the only way we are able to continue offering a pet-friendly stay. Apps that are signed in should remain on owners account. We have found it easier to do it this way and it avoids the next guest not being able to access streaming shows because another guest has signed in then signed out.
