The apartment: is perfectly located, second line of the beach: the view without the noise of the street. Everything is reachable walking distance.  
Apartment is made of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hot-tub & WC, 1 bathroom with shower & WC , fully equipped kitchen, balcony with sea view, laundry room, bikes room.   
Very bright apartment, on the last floor of a 4 floors building. Lift.
