The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. This property offers a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Guests can also enjoy a shared fenced pool (open from 10 am to 10 pm). Please do not leave children alone in the community area. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.
