This college student room was delightful. The people were friendly & helpful. The dining room was straight out of Harry Potter. Hands, arms, legs. Couldn’t get a hold of the porters. After trying for 45 minutes phoned several other numbers who put me through to the porters. Took 5 hours to allocate me another room. Room allocated was next door. Found it difficult to sleep for the worry about bed bugs. Took a reaction to the bites so had several days of antihistamines. Paranoid on taking bed bugs home I got rid of my suitcase. No mention of refund or partial refund.
