Summary:  
Welcome to this beautifully furnished semi-detached house, where charm meets comfort. Boasting three generous double bedrooms, a bright & spacious living room and two bathrooms. This home offers both space and functionality. The heart of this property is its open-layout kitchen and dining area.  
  
We offer an allocated off-site parking space approximately 5-minute drive from the property. Please note that we provide a parking permit for 1 vehicle only.  
  
The Space:  
Nestled in a serene corner, this semi-detached house offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With three spacious double bedrooms, a warm and inviting living room and a practical dining and kitchen area, this home provides ample space for relaxation. Unwind in the relaxing bathtub in the first floor, you can also take a shower in the second bathroom in the ground floor, lay in one of the cozy beds, indulging in moments of pure tranquility in our space. The lush garden surrounding the property adds a touch of natural beauty, creating a tranquil oasis right at your doorstep. Picture yourself enjoying morning coffees or evening sunsets in this private outdoor haven.  
  
Step outside into the wonderful garden, a green sanctuary for outdoor relaxation and leisure! We have a bike rack where you can park your own bikes.  
  
The living room is equipped with a smart TV where you can enjoy your favourite shows and movies on streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and more. Simply log in with your personal account to access these services.  
Please note, there is no aerial TV service available at the property.

For those seeking local conveniences, the Kiosk in Jesus Green park, Carpenter’s Arm pub, and Boat House pub on Victoria Road are just moments away. Need to pick up essentials? The Coop supermarket and Boots pharmacy are a few minutes walk from your doorstep.
