### Charming 1-Bedroom in Cambo-les-Bains, Near Spa, for 2 People

CAMBO LES BAINS, C225: In a detached house fully renovated in 2024, this charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor (two steps to access). The apartment opens onto a main room comprising a living area and a kitchen area. The living area includes a sofa bed (not a sofa bed), TV, storage, table, and chairs. The kitchen area offers a fridge-freezer, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe (accessible from the courtyard - two steps). The bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit, and washing machine.  
  
The accommodation is located just 200 meters from the Cambo-les-Bains thermal baths.  
SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE - WIFI INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE - NO PETS ALLOWED  
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).  
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).  
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).  
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.  
If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:  
  
\- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.  
  
\- Bed linen (double bed): €20.  
  
\- Towels/person/week: €8.
