### CASOLARE DEI COLLI Panoramic Private Pool, Lavish Interiors and a Gourmet Kitchen

The Tuscan sun soaks into the stone walls of CASOLARE DEI COLLI, a 17th-century farmhouse and into the olives and grapes clustered in the organic vineyards in the countryside surrounding the hamlet of Fibbialla. The world-known Roman road Via Francigena leading pilgrims from all over Europe to Rome and then to holy land once traced these hills passing close to the farmhouse and still today walkers can be seen on their journey of faith.   
  
Smell the flowers in the gardens, pick fresh mulberries and figs to snack on, and see if you and your loved ones can see the town of Lucca hidden away at the bottom of the hill. There’s a professional kitchen for gourmet foodies, a wood fired pizza oven and a BBQ for amazing dinners, a swimming pool for refreshment, and a panoramic terrace just made for the evening’s first bottle of local wine. The hills of Lucca today, they’re home to grand wineries and olive oil farms, which produces organic wines of the finest quality.   
  
While the villa still has some of its 17th-century farmhouse charm—spot beamed ceilings, details framed in elaborate moulding, and a wide hearth on the living room fireplace—it’s been fully renovated. A pair of plump sofas invites you to stay a while in the living room, and there are plenty of chairs around the dining table that takes centre stage next to the fully equipped kitchen.   
  
Learn more about the Tuscany culture by booking a cooking class, featuring fresh produce from the gardens, or a wine tour. Be sure to ask about the festivals in nearby villages, which range from celebrations of wine to a fete dedicated to bruschetta. Beyond Tuscany’s medieval towns and fortresses, the cities of Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Pistoia, San Gimignano and the Unesco sites of Cinque Terre are close enough for a day trip while the sandy beaches of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore are just 20 mins away.

#### Magnifique séjour

La villa est splendide et spacieuse. Le coin extérieur invite aux repas et aux bons moments. Un peu loin de Lucca mais cela permet une tranquilité incroyable et de pouvoir en échange faire un peu de bruit (Karaoké en extérieur) sans réveiller les voisins ;-)

#### Amazing stay with family and friends

Our week at the villa was the trip of a lifetime. Perfect setting, space, amenities, and host. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We spent so much time poolside and in the comfortable outdoor spaces, and also visited Lucca, Pisa, a stunning ocean beach and Colleverde Vineyard. Everything looked like the pictures, felt magical and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
