It comprises an attractive living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You can also enjoy the 1,400 m² garden! Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: \- 60 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with terrace access \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC On the first floor: \- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190), balcony access with sea and mountain views \- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190), access to balcony with sea and mountain views \- Shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A private swimming pool (9.5×4.5), unheated, secured by an alarm, open from May to September (9am-11.30pm) \- A lovely 1,400 m² landscaped garden, enclosed and private, secured by an automatic gate and intercom system \- A 60 m² terrace with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor seating area, dining area, barbecue and views of the sea and mountains to make the most of the fine weather. A solar-powered shower is also available. \- A 30 m² pergola with table and chairs. The house is ideally located in Calvi, in the most sought-after residential area of the heights. Enjoy panoramic views over the countryside and relax in an exceptional setting. Just a short walk away, you'll have access to all the essential shops, as well as a variety of boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market. It's all here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Activities: \- Boat and jet ski hire is available nearby, offering an excellent opportunity to explore the area from the water. \- A horse riding club, tree climbing course and golf courses are just 25 kilometres away, ideal for outdoor and sports enthusiasts. \- Just 15 minutes away, you'll find magnificent forest and mountain hiking trails, perfect for nature lovers. \- Don't miss visits to the Notre-Dame de la Serra chapel, Calvi citadel and Fort Charley, among other fascinating historical and cultural sites. \- You'll enjoy numerous festivals and fairs throughout the season in Calvi and the surrounding villages. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (4 vehicles). Pool is a lovely size for swimming, and plenty of room and comfy loungers for sunbathing. Pool not enclosed, so may not be suitable for families with young children. For our family (all aged 18), it was perfect! Villa is exceptionally clean for a rental property, with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Villa is a short walk from Calvi and the beach, up a steep hill (hence the amazing view!) Conveniently, there is a large supermarket at the bottom of hill. Great communication with friendly hosts.
