You will stay in a 1-room house that is 80 square meters and has 2 levels. The bright and comfortable living/dining room features tasteful furnishings, including a dining table and TV that can be hired. It has an exit leading to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, accessible by a steep stair, there is an open gallery with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is equipped with a kitchenette that has 2 hot plates, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has 2 showers/WC, heating, and air-conditioning. Outside, there is a terrace with furniture and 2 deck chairs. Other amenities include an iron and a smoke alarm.  
  
Other Information  
The property is not suitable for children under 18 years old and is designated as a non-smoking accommodation. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping area is located in an open-plan gallery, alcove, or similar layout.
