### Charming 3 Bed Villa in Otricoli stunnings views

Travel to Otricoli and discover this charming, cosy villa that's full of character. This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life.  
A beautiful villa set in the Umbrian countryside overlooking olive groves, vineyards and rolling hills. It is approximately 75 minutes from the Rome airports by car, with the nearest local village being wonderful Otricoli.  
Ideally situated to visit Umbrian countryside including Tuscany , Florence is 2 hours away by car.From the house you have two train stations which are 20 minutes drive. You can go to Rome within a hour . Beautiful hilltop towns , spoletto, Todi,Orivietto,Assisi and Perugia are all within 40 min to 1 1/2 hours . Narni the lovely medieval town is 20 minutes.  
Local restaurants and eating places are superb. You can buy the best Pasta from the local village and all food shops including the local mini supermarket are 10 minute drive away.  
Even during the off season there is plenty to do  
The outdoor pool opens in early June due to the weather conditions.  
  
  
  
There is an outdoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment exclusively for you  
This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.  
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden which is fenced.  
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!  
  
  
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.  
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.  
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.  
  
  
This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.  
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.  
In the next bedroom, there is a queen bed.  
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.  
There is additional sleeping space in the villa, comprising a double sofa bed.

The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
