Spectacular fully air-conditioned holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca), designed to comfortably accommodate 10 people. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors connected by interior stairs, this villa offers an exceptional space to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.   
  
INSIDE:   
  
The GROUND FLOOR of this magnificent villa houses a cozy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. The large independent kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, has access to the barbecue area. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, along with a full bathroom with a bathtub and a room with a washing machine. The UPPER FLOOR presents a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace with beautiful partial sea views, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, a large bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and access to another terrace with partial sea views. Also, a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and air conditioning. The last bathroom on this floor has a bathtub.   
  
ABROAD:   
  
Outside, enjoy a charming area with an 8x4 pool with metal stairs and an outdoor shower. The villa offers a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. Parking is convenient, with space for one vehicle in the garage and another on the lot.

Located in a privileged area close to the sea, the villa is just 600 meters from the nearest cove and 1.8 km from the sandy beach, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. The center of Calpe is accessible within 4.5 km, offering an ideal location to explore the beauty of the Costa Blanca.
