### Villa Bou - PlusHolidays

This beautiful holiday villa in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, is ideal for groups of up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors, it offers a spacious and comfortable environment for all guests. In addition, it has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms.   
  
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and a fully equipped separate kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower.   
  
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower on this floor.   
  
Outside, there is a large terrace with a barbecue area with a traditional oven, where you can enjoy outdoor meals and the magnificent views. The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 8x4 meters, is fully fenced for the safety of children. In addition, there is parking space for 4 vehicles on the same plot.   
  
The location of this villa is convenient, as it is only 2.6 km from the nearest supermarket and 3.7 km from the nearest sandy beach. The centre of Calpe is 3.2 km away.   
  
Some important notes are that this villa offers free WiFi and pets up to 12 kg are allowed for an additional fee.

#### Magnifique villa vue mer et train

Super villa avec une vue magnifique sur la mer mais un train passe à 5 mètres de la villa et une route à 15 mètres !!! Ce qui fait beaucoup de pollution sonore pour des vacances. Nous avions précisé venir avec un enfant et un bébé que nous voulions du calme , ils auraient pu le préciser ! La climatisation était top et la piscine très appréciable. Déçue à l’arrivée mais la région est sympa.
