Private: property 797 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 1.7 km, sandy beach "La Fustera" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Terra Mítica 35 km, Aqualandia 25 km. Hiking paths: Peñón de Ifach 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
