You will be staying in a 2-room apartment named "Amatista" that spans 58 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. This accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It features a bright and comfortable living/dining room with a veranda, where you can find a double sofabed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating with a 75-liter boiler. The veranda can be accessed directly from the living/dining room. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes equipped with a kitchenette that includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath/WC. Other amenities provided are electric heating, a large terrace with furniture and deck chairs (2), a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access. You will also have access to a reserved parking space (number 16) within a fenced area for one car.
