This delightful vacation rental is conveniently situated just 300 meters from the sea and the beach, offering easy access to the stunning coastal surroundings. The complex boasts a shared swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips during the warm Mediterranean days (seasonally available from January 1st to December 31st). Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for your convenience. With an on-site elevator, accessing your desired floor is a breeze. The property also provides on-site parking, ensuring a hassle-free stay for those travelling by car.

Stepping outside the "Eurosol" apartment block, you'll find a fenced property area shared among residents. The centerpiece is the round swimming pool, which is open for seasonal use from January 1st to December 31st, allowing you to take refreshing dips and soak up the Spanish sunshine. An outdoor shower is also available, providing a convenient way to rinse off after a day of fun in the sun.

The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and it has an exit leading to the terrace. One of the rooms has 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The other room contains a French bed measuring 150 cm wide and 200 cm long, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a hatch. The apartment has a shower/WC area. Electric heating and a boiler are available, with heating only provided from November 1st to April 30th. There is a small terrace with terrace furniture. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space (no. 118) at the house is provided, with a height clearance of 220 cm.
