Modern flat with beautiful sea views on the Arenal-Bol beach in Calpe. Modern style, with all the comforts, newly furnished and equipped to spend an incredible holiday with family and/or friends. You will be able to enjoy sea views from all the rooms: living/dining room, kitchen, terrace and the two bedrooms.   
  
It includes a private parking space.   
  
The property is distributed on one floor with two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

#### Eine richtig tolle Woche in Calpe!

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet, sehr gut gelegen, ein toller Blick vom 4.Stock auf das Meer. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, der wunderschöne Strand liegt quasi vor der Tür. Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat reibungslos funktioniert, David von der Agentur hat, wie verabredet, schon auf uns gewartet und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Allem!
