This home has become the perfect choice for a memorable vacation. Location and Surroundings:Located in a beautiful and serene urbanization, the property enjoys a private and privileged setting: just a few minutes from the sandy beaches and yet adjacent to the beauty of the mountains. It is conveniently close to the town of Calonge. A Space Designed for Sharing:This house has been designed for comfort and togetherness, with all the main rooms on a single level. The day area includes a bright living-dining room with direct access to a jewel of the house: a large terrace with stunning views of the sea and the natural surroundings. An ideal spot for relaxed after-dinner conversations. The kitchen is open and spacious. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower and toilet. Modern Comfort and Amenities:To ensure the maximum stay, the villa offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and connectivity with free WiFi. Note: To maintain tranquility, the house does not have a TV, so we encourage you to bring your own devices (tablet or laptop) for your entertainment. Garden and Outdoor Leisure:Rented entirely for you, you can enjoy the large private garden and, especially, the spacious 5x10m pool with integrated steps (weekly maintenance included). This outdoor leisure space, located on a lower level, is accessible both from the terrace (via side stairs) and from the garden, and is equipped with a practical gas barbecue and a ping-pong table. Das Haus an sich ist super und total gut ausgestattet, die Küche ein Traum, hatte extra von zuhause ein paar Utensilien mitgebracht, hätte ich gar nicht gebraucht, war alles vorhanden. Es gab Tennisschläger und auch tischtenniszubehör, wasserspielzeuge für die Kids. Der Grill war super groß und 2 Kühlschränke waren ebenfalls da. Das Haus ist absolut uneinsehbar und ruhig gelegen. Um zum Einkaufen und Strand zu kommen, braucht man zwar immer das Auto, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es waren wirklich tolle 2 Wochen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war auch problemlos, schlüsselübergabe usw hat wunderbar geklappt. Sogar einkaufs- und Restauranttipps haben wir bekommen. Durch die sonnigen Platzierung der Gewächse fliegen auch keine Blätter o.ä. hinein, alle paar Tage kommen zwei Herren von der poolreinigung, sodass dieser immer sauber ist. Es war wirklich wunderbar.
