The bedrooms include: Primary bedroom: King size bed and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (downstairs) and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 4: Two Full size beds (downstairs) Pool House: The Pool House features a full kitchen (with fridge); Queen size Murphy bed, swing out bar and private bathroom. Outside features a gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating and lounge areas and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please know the gourmet grill/pizza oven combo is not available for guest use. \- If you would like to bring a dog, you \*must\* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. We permit a maximum of one dog per reservation; additional dogs are not allowed. Sorry, we do not allow cats. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm. \- Please do not trespass on property boundaries \- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited \- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises. You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
