Magna Fina is a beautiful and comfortable two-story cottage situated in the hamlet of San Desiderio, 3 km from Calliano, Italy. It offers a serene and secluded setting surrounded by meadows, fields, and vineyards on a hilltop. The vacation rental boasts a private 3,000 m2 property with a large fenced garden featuring a lawn and wildlife area. Enjoy the heated swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm) with a shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, available seasonally from April 1 to November 2. Outdoor amenities include a shower, pool house with fridge, shower, and cooking stove, as well as parking for two cars and an EV charging station.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil outdoor spaces of Magna Fina. Relax in the large garden, which is fenced and features a lush lawn and a dedicated wildlife area. Take a refreshing dip in the heated swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 meters with a depth of 150 cm, and enjoy the convenience of a shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. The pool is available seasonally from April 1 to November 2. Enhance your outdoor experience with the pool house, equipped with a fridge, shower, and cooking stove. The property also offers an outdoor shower and parking for two cars, ensuring your convenience.

The living room is comfortably and cozily furnished, equipped with a TV, hi-fi system, and air conditioning. The large kitchen is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring convenience during your vacation. The kitchen also features air conditioning for your comfort. A door leads from the kitchen to the garden and terrace areas. On the ground floor, there is a bath/shower/WC. The upper floor houses two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, as well as an additional room with two beds and air conditioning. Another shower/WC is located on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts several amenities to enhance your stay. It is equipped with solar energy heating, air conditioning, and underfloor heating for your comfort. Additionally, it utilizes solar power, contributing to an eco-friendly vacation experience. The floors are made of parquet and natural stone, adding warmth and elegance to the living spaces. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace measuring 30 square meters, furnished with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and six deck chairs. For your convenience, there is a covered balcony as well as a washing machine and hair dryer provided.
