Unwind in a serene holiday villa located in Callas, close to Draguignan in the scenic Var region. This inviting retreat is situated just outside the village in a peaceful residential area, offering captivating views of the surrounding Var hills.  
  
This cosy villa features a ground floor with a comfortable living-dining area with a wood stove, and an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities. French windows open onto a terrace and patio, ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining. On this level, three air-conditioned bedrooms provide comfort and tranquillity. The upper floor boasts a spacious, air-conditioned double ensuite bedroom —a serene retreat exuding comfort and relaxation.  
  
Step outside to explore the expansive land adorned with olive trees and flowers. Enjoy the outdoor terraces, indulge in the private pool, (6.8 m x 4 m), or laze on the sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.  
  
Please note, a section of the land is partially fenced, with an unfenced part overlooking the neighbour's garden, home to a small dog.  
  
The villa is located in Callas, in the Var. The nearest beach is in Fréjus (40 km), Cannes is 73 km, Saint Tropez is 58 km.
