Sowohl der Vorgarten als auch der Garten sind in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Der kleine Steg am Wasser, der auf den Fotos so schön aussieht, ist morsch und verwahrlost. Durch die Fenster kann man vor Schmutz kaum durchschauen. Es funktionieren weder die Lüftung im oberen und unteren Bad, die Lichtschalter in den Schlafräumen funktionieren nicht oder haben Wackelkontakte. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus so, als hätte man sich mal Mühe gegeben es einzurichten aber dann wurde es nicht mehr gepflegt. Wenn man schon in mehreren Häusern auf dem Buitenplaats war, ist der Unterschied sehr deutlich. Die Häuser stehen fast alle in verschiedenen Winkeln und Blickrichtungen zueinander, gruppiert um ein Gewässer mit Spielplatzinsel, die Gärten sind hübsch gestaltet und abwechslungsreich angelegt, und das Ganze wirkt äußerst gepflegt. Insgesamt ein vorbildliches Konzept! Der Empfang lief freundlich und unkompliziert ab, für irgendwelche Beanstandungen gab es keinen Anlass. Unser Haus war allround komplett ausgestattet, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.
