Suitable for 6 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The quiet holiday park is located not far from the town center of Callantsoog and approx. 900 m from the beach, surrounded by tulip fields and a nature reserve. The holiday villas in the old Dutch style, including a thatched roof, wooden lattice windows and shutters, are grouped around a small lake with a play island in a village-like manner. House 131 stands on a plot of approximately 350 m² with mostly lawns fenced in by flowering hedges and bushes. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the entrance door, and there is also a garden shed for garden furniture. The hallway with cloakroom and guest toilet with shower leads to the spacious living room with open kitchen. As a special feature compared to the other houses, the ground floor has another bedroom. The kitchen block is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. The living room leads to the terrace with wind protection. An open staircase leads from the living area to the attic. Here there are 2 large bedrooms, each across the entire gable width.
