« Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! »

« I have to rave about Amelia Island Vacations, and especially Amanda. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong YEAR (24 instead of 23), and she called me the day we were driving there, and was so wonderful and accomodating! She magically helped us find a condo at the last minute, and it was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the perfect location. My error turned into a wonderful vacation for us, and I can't thank Amanda and Amelia Island Vacations enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! »

« We stayed a full week in this beautiful condo. Perfect view of the beach with beautiful sunrises and the moon shining over the ocean at night. The bacony was a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and all sorts of ambient lighting. Roku tv was a big bonus. Loved it here and can't wait to return! »

« Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking...

« We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street. »
