It is 3 Km to the resort town of Calheta, with its man-made golden sandy beach. Here you will, find a selection of cafés, restaurants, a larger supermarket, the marina (boat trips can be arranged), banks and a chemist. A 10-minute drive will take you to either of the two surfing meccas of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, at sea level and with trendy café-bars (try the caipirinhas and mojitos). Funchal is an easy 40-minutes’ drive and the airport less than 50 minutes along the motorway. Cleaning The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Großzügiger Außenbereich zum Essen mit Grill und Backofen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass bei diesem Preis die Sauna und die Heizung für den Infinity Pool und den Whirlpool nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist. ##### Andrea M. Der Aufenthal war sehr schön, leider das Wetter nicht.Wir konnten nur sehr eingeschränkt Swimmingpool, Whirlpool und Terrasse benutzen, da es sehr viel geregnet hat. De Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr angenehm mit allen Annehmlichkeiten: Heizung, Klimaanlage, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, Terrasse und Poolhaus.Wir waren ausgesprochen zufrieden. Wegen Erkrankung einer Person, den Urlaub leider vorzeitig abgebrochen ##### Helga P.
