If the guests intend to use the BBQ or outdoor fire table they must bring their own propane or refill the tanks that are on-site. The host did fill it and communicated effectively to resolve the issue. Not a big problem but was a bit of an inconvenience. Also a musky smell in the apt at first due to some recent water damage. They did have a dehumidifier on sight to help. Also not having a thermostat in the apt unit was a bit annoying. But overall it was very good. ##### Charlene F.
