Nestled within an unrivaled array of exclusive shops, restaurants, and other activities in all directions. Whether you’re reconnecting with a family, renovating, celebrating a special occasion, or visiting a conference, it’s the perfect place to be! The Space: This townhome has a king bed and two queen beds all in their own bedroom. Two upstairs and one in the basement all with their own bathroom as well. We are fully equipped to cater long term stays. A private garage stall is included along with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, high-speed wifi and more! Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to everything advertised in the listing. Please make yourself at home. The Neighborhood: A popular residential area with a village vibe, Bridgeland is known for TELUS Spark science center and its interactive exhibits, and Calgary Zoo. Quirky neighborhood shops sell hard-to-find magazines, vinyl and gourmet foods, while the local dining scene is a mix of relaxed family-run Italian eateries and mellow ramen and burger spots. Getting Around: We offer registered street parking permits, along with private garage stall. Ubers, taxi’s and transit are readily available in the area. Other Things to Note: Please request air mattress 24 hours in advance and our cleaners will ensure one is set up for your arrival. Please treat the space with respect and be noise conscious of the neighbours. If any problems arise, please reach out and we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Events are not allowed. Be sure that the door is closed and locked when you leave. Any events/parties will lead to immediate eviction. It has all the necessary items. Three bedrooms with bathrooms which were perfect for our family of 5.The internet was unreliable- would come in and out making it difficult to watch Tv. The property was perfect for what we needed. Multiple bedrooms with comfortable beds, a couch, streaming platforms on the TV, a furnished kitchen, and a nice little yard! The location was great and relatively walkable to downtown Calgary and near not only local bars but liquor stores, grocery stores, and a few restaurants. The issue we ran into was the lack of communication with the hosts. We had issues controlling the A/C, noticed a broken door handle as we came in, and wanted to extend our stay, but could not correct any of that without the host's participation. This may also be a problem on Expedia's side, but as we were on a tight schedule, we could not properly address it before we checked out. Any avenues of contact, including the emergency email, were not responded too. It definitely caused a good deal of stress when we noticed a booking error on our end. Due to having already made the booking, I was unable to add days with the host accepting the request. Besides this, however, the place was great and I would recommend it if you aren't in need of contact with the host.
