It was my first time booking a non-hotel property on Expedia so I was initially hesitant. After booking, I was able to speak with the property manager and got all the information I needed. I received the door code within 12hrs of booking. Parking available in the front. The place was extremely clean and had everything I needed; some things were still brand new in the package. It was comfortable and cool in the property.
