Only one minor negative: There is no air-conditioning so it can get a bit warm and stuffy on sunny late Spring or Summer days. A fan or two would be nice to have available. Opening some windows a bit at night however does cool the place down. ##### Edward D. The amenities were adequate for our needs. The weather was hot during the day, and because of the smoke in the air, opening the windows causes the smell of smoke to get in, so air conditioning would be nice. The back yard needed to be mowed. we did not need the BBQ, but we noticed that there was no tank of propane. ##### Milton E. A bit of problems getting in, mainly due to our inexperience with these types of door locks.. This house was a perfect home base for us all. House is exactly as listed. Clean & very well stocked. Close to highways. Easy access to everything we needed.
