One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. It had lots of space for our family of 6 and the home was beautiful and in a very nice area of the city. Unfortunately we stayed here during a heat wave and the property doesn’t have air conditioning. It is also next to a fairly busy highway so we couldn’t have the windows open at night which made for very hot sleeping. But we loved the two separate seating areas to watch tv and the views out the main windows was very nice. If the balconies had furniture and a bbq and the kitchen had a few more untesils and there was air conditioning it could be a 5 star property. ##### Andrew R. The house was perfect for our family of six, grand daughter, son, daughter in law and son in law. Lots of space to be together and also apart. The place was super clean and comfy, with a cool mix of modern and cozy vibes. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for chilling.
