Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. ○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property ○ A $250CAD fine will be charged, if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy. ○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. Banff park pass was a nice touch but didn’t get to use it. Amenities were sparse in the kitchen. Access was easy but parking was difficult. Dec 7, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Lovely Suite but had its' downfalls This one bedroom suite is very modern and lovely. The host was very accommodating and got us a BBQ, table for our computer and some other asks as we were intending to stay for a couple months. After the first day however we decided to leave and find another place. First, the stairs outside to the backyard entrance are extremely steep and not lit well. The upstairs home is also a VRBO and holds up to 8 people and this suite is not insulated well and you hear everything - children running around, loud talking... There is only street parking and the homes are zero lot line so not much space between homes so parking is a challenge. We also did not like the bidet.
