However, the check-in process was frustrating: the key pickup spot wasn’t clearly identified as a convenience store, parking wasn’t included (and came with an extra fee), the garage was hard to find, and the owner’s contact number couldn’t provide basic details—such as where the parking garage was located. The place was nice and clean. The view and location was great!It is not a luxury property. The couch is extremely uncomfortable; we couldn’t sit through a whole movie. The beds were stiff but ok. The sliding doors to the large bedroom didn’t close, so the city lights blared in all night. The condo was fairly clean. Although, our recycling bucket had not been emptied prior to our arrival and no extra kitchen garbage bags were provided. Besides these minor issues, everything else was great. I would recommend paying for a parking spot as it gives you a secure, heated spot while you’re there. ##### Rachel F.
