The staff were very professional and helpful! We only stayed one night during a flight layover but would recommend that hotel for anyone needing a great night rest waiting for the next flight at the airport

They provide free transportation to/from the airport. Rooms were quiet. Only drawback was other dining options within walking distance from the Inn.

Very close to airport with free shuttle service. We really appreciated the friendly shuttle drivers and lobby staff. Room was comfortable, quiet, and very nice. Breakfast was on par with what we have come to expect.

Not a bad stay, close to the airport. Room a little dated and in need of a deep clean. Fine for one night, although will likely try elsewhere next time.

The hotel itself was very nice. Area around it was quite industrial. Restaurant was good in the hotel though. We were disappointed that the shutters to the airport were all booked, and they only run every half hour in the morning, so we have to take a cab, or go more that 3 hours early to use a shuttle. Why they don’t do more than one run as required, I don’t know. Comfortable beds though, and I’d stay again. I’d just book the shuttle way in advance

Even considering how messy the parking lot is today, due to sudden warm weather melting, the lobby is clean. Staff is very attentive and efficient.

Upon, entering the lobby I observed two staff at the check in desk, and no other guests in the lobby. Neither of the staff made eye contact or greeted me. They were consumed with counting cash drawers and murmuring between themselves. I waited some time at the desk with my drivers license in hand, before one of the staff (Garth from his name tag) looked at me, but again failed to greet me. He muttering something about waiting and went back to ignoring me. A couple then entered the lobby, they were not greeted either, but Garth did make eye contact with them and said it was shift change and they would please wait. Eventually they seemed to decide that they couldn't reconcile their cash (like I care?) and the other staff member (Ab from his name tag) finally spoke to me, to say "Name?" At that point all I wanted was to get my keys and go to my room. The reservation was for two people, but I was given one key card, with no query as to if a second card was desired. No information was offered on breakfast location or hours, or other property amenities, nor was any explanation or apology given for the delay, the inconsideration and rudeness. I often stay at this property when I fly from Calgary, it is convenient, the restaurant and bar are good and make it easy to relax before or after a flight. I don't remember such poor customer service here before. I hope not to encounter it again.
