Hôtel sombre et salle de bain glaciale (plateau en métal, lumière blanche, douche à carreaux blanc...), rien de chaleureux. Les petits services dans la chambre, café, bouilloire, très cheap. Vraiment déçue !

I didn’t know you guys had tub suites. lol. It was nice to sit in a bath (bigger tub) after being on my feet all day. Always a good stay with Grey Eagle when I come to Calgary.

The restaurant was very good , disappointed the room didn’t have a bathtub and that the shower was dirty did take pictures and reported to main desk sent pictures by email didn’t receive a reply

The air conditioning was loud when it turned on, as well as I think having to pay for an extra guess fee means everything that comes with the room already would also be provided for the extra guess. For example the room only came with two robes but there were three people in that room. As well as considering how expensive the room was which was around $200 for 1 day I would have liked the snacks that was in the room, the chocolate, pop, water, and chips on the table to be free. But a clear sign says all of it was $4 each, though that doesn’t sound expensive the room is already quite expensive so adding that would have everything accumulate. It is one of the fancier hotels which is understandable in some aspects, but the fee doesn’t add up considering how little it covers to enjoy everything seemingly included with the room.

always my go to in Calgary but one thing I noticed was the bathroom light was too dim and the only other mirror was in a dark place too, hard to get ready. Not a lot of gluten free options also on their restaurant menus

The rooms are starting to show their age. All the furniture is banged up, beds are worn, carpets are stained. But they staff is wonderful. As is the outdoor hot tub. I ordered a ceasar salad from room service and it was the best I'd ever had chucks of Canadian bacon, fresh shaved park, and a chip instead of croutons, delicious!
