Public transportation is just down the street for easy access to the downtown core and Chinook Centre. Unit is on 15th floor and 24 storeys Dear Guest, Please be informed about the following unit policies: All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. Check in is after 3PM until 8PM, check out is before 11AM. Please make special arrangements 24 hours prior to your check in date to check in after 8:00 pm. Late check out is possible upon submission of advance notice. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The property is not a hotel.
