Unwind with serene views and urban convenience at your doorstep. The Space: Welcome to The Bruno – your riverside retreat in Calgary! This spacious and thoughtfully designed multi-level home offers 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens, and a twin), 2 stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen, in-house laundry, and a cozy gas fireplace. With two private balconies, room to spread out, and a layout perfect for families, professionals, or groups, The Bruno blends comfort, style, and convenience just steps from the Bow River and close to downtown. Guest Access: Self check-in is easy and secure with a digital keypad — you’ll receive your unique code before arrival, so you can come and go whenever it works best for you. The entire main house, backyard, and hot tub are yours to enjoy during your stay. Whether you’re soaking in the tub, relaxing on the patio, or settling in inside, the space is fully private and reserved for your group. There is a separate laneway home at the rear of the property (also available for you to book!) with its own private entrance along the side of the yard - it won’t impact your access or enjoyment of the space. The Neighborhood: Located in Hillhurst, a quiet and charming residential area just steps from the Bow River pathways. You’re a short walk from local shops, cafes, and the energy of Kensington, one of Calgary’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Getting Around: It’s easy to get around whether you’re driving, biking, or on foot. The property has quick access to major roads, dedicated bike paths, and is just a few minutes from public transit stops — including a 10–15 minute walk to Sunnyside LRT station — connecting you to downtown and the rest of the city with ease. Other Things to Note: To help keep things safe, smooth, and in line with local regulations, we ask guests to complete a short check-in form after booking. It includes a quick photo ID, similar to what hotels require, and helps confirm who’s staying since some booking platforms don’t always share full details. It’s fast, secure, and makes for an easy, contactless self check-in. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
