Country house "Lucrecia", 720 m a.s.l., detached, renovated in 2023. 8.8 km from the centre of Buti, 25 km from the centre of Pisa, Lucca, 42 km from the centre of Livorno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 500 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station 20 km, sandy beach "Versilia" 48 km, thermal baths "San Giuliano Terme" 17 km. Nearby attractions: La Certosa di Calci 10 km, San Miniato 40 km, Lajatico 46 km, Volterra 64 km. The last 50m of the access road after the gate is a steep narrow path. This last stretch of road is not recommended for low-height vehicles.
