" Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais nous aurions du être mieux informe sur le descriptif .Cela nous aurais évité d'acheter les manquants que nous aurions pu amener . Nous sommes déçu de l’hôtel ainsi que du site hôtel.com qui ne précisé pas du tout la location des ustensiles de cuisine ce qui est la moindre chose pour un appartement."
