### A luxury apartment in the center of Calafell

Strategically located in the center of Calafell in the pedestrian zone and 50 m from the beach.  
A 140 m2 apartment distributed in a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, two interior patios, one of them with a sink, 3 bedrooms (one double and the other two doubles), bathroom, toilet and a large outdoor terrace with views of the street. and corner to the sea: The terrace has a table and chairs so you can eat outdoors or have social gatherings in the summer.  
The apartment is very spacious and newly renovated and fully equipped, super comfortable and decorated in a classic style.  
It is a first floor of a three-story building, it does not have an elevator. All rooms have a fan.  
The ideal option for those looking for more than just an apartment.
