Luxury one bedroom villa in Brunswick Plantation. This professionally decorated condo is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, a day exploring or a fun-filled day on the grounds of Brunswick Plantation. The beautiful Commons II lake and pool are just steps away.

A stay at Palmetto Breeze means you will find yourself just a few minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. After a relaxing day on the beach, head over to Calabash waterfront village with wonderful shopping and award-winning restaurants or head to North Myrtle Beach, only 25 minutes drive, for even more shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

If you prefer to relax on the grounds, Brunswick Plantation is a beautiful gated community with an abundance of amenities.

GOLF! Here at our villa, you are surrounded by premier 27 hole Byrd and Johnson Championship layout. Voted one of the top 50 courses in the United States.

You will also be minutes away from the Big Cats courses at Ocean Ridge Plantation as well as Crow Creek, Farmstead, Oyster Bay, Meadowlands, Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Carolina National, Rivers Edge and Tidewater.

Brunswick Plantation is also home to beautiful tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor entertainment areas and sand volleyball.

Take in the beautiful views of the lake, pool and golf course as you relax on the spacious balcony of our corner unit. The living room is designed for relaxation with a sofa with recliners on each end, cozy chairs, a new 55" Roku TV and sliding screen doors.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might need including a Keurig coffeemaker.

There is an ensuite full bath and a Roku TV in the bedroom provided with a Netflix subscription or sign in to any of your own accounts (Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV). There is a large flat screen Roku TV in the living room.

Working remotely? We designed the condo with remote work/school in mind. Our internet speed is excellent and the table on the balcony and dining table each provide ample workspace.

Other things you might need that you will find in our villa are: a washer/dryer, iron with ironing board, hairdryers and beach gear (two beach chairs, umbrella and anchor, boogie board)

Our villa is meticulously cleaned, sanitized and ready for the next guest. All linens, towels and starter paper products are provided for your convenience.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property as it was close to Ocean Isle and North Myrtle Beach. Property was in a gated community which provides an extra sense of security when traveling. Property was better than the description and pictures listed. A feeling that you feel when you are away from home that gives you comfort can’t be described by words. Only one thing I would do to improve the property would be to include black out curtains behind the regular curtains to be used as an option. A dark room sometimes helps people meditate or sleep in after a long night. Still doesn’t take away from the rating it deserves.

Rental experience beyond our expectations

It was an absolute delight to coordinate with Carly to rent her condo during our trip to visit my mom. Literally, everything exceeded our expectations. Carly's genuine warmth comes across in everything she does; she is a thorough & thoughtful communicator, who goes above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed or might be interested in doing in the area. Her condo is immaculate, well appointed & beautifully decorated. It overlooks a lovely pool with an adjacent workout room, both of which we used often. If you're not in the mood for a run on the treadmill, you can walk the path around the golf course after close (& it's a stunning way to take in the sunsets). The condo is also centrally located, with everything immaginable close by (groceries, restaurants, beaches, ice cream, sports, & more). We truly felt like we were staying at a comfortable home away from home. The next time we head down to NC to visit my mom, I hope we can rent from Carly again. We have truly appreciated her welcome & hospitality.

Summer family beach vacation

This property is beautifully decorated and located within Brunswick Plantation with access to a pool. It is within just a few miles from Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Our family enjoyed being able to swim, visit local beaches, go fishing at Ocean Isle Pier and enjoy shops and restaurants. We recommend Calabash Creamery in Calabash and Duck Donuts in North Myrtle. The kids also had fun feeding the turtles watermelon from the bridge to the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Restful and Comfortable Stay

This condo is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We enjoyed every minute. Carly was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay and we had a nice variety of things to do - golf, biking, beach visits, dining, walking, swimming. It was perfect and I'd absolutely love to go back.

Wonderful!

Your condominium is so beautiful and comfortable. I looked at many other condominiums in Brunswick Plantation and yours is by far the best decorated. The view out the living room to the pool and golf course is great. It was a delight to watch different wildlife right off our balcony. Everything was very clean which is a must! Great location for restaurants and shops. Sunset Beach is a must!! Thanks again!
