Great staffing of hotel. Very friendly and helpful. But I feel a 4 stars rating is overrated. Great showering system. But shower curtain is very flimsy and short so the entire bathroom floor is inundated after every shower. The flushing mechanism of the toilet takes the biscuit. It’s weak and nonsubstantial. Maybe in just our room? Rm134. There are ample parking spaces around the hotel. So guests could save 10euros each day. Breakfast was substantial so this is great. There is no port or watery features around. So don’t be misled by its name.

Spacious, comfortable rooms in a wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Had an issue with disturbance from other guests during my stay but the staff were great in addressing and resolving this both during and after my stay. Would definitley reccomend this hotel, i will likely stay here again on my return to Valencia! Thanks for a great trip Barcelo team!

Our stay was lovely except that there was a broken sensor in our room so we had bright orange lights that never turned off. This made it difficult to sleep and we were told they were defective upon check out. Overall, a great location and lovely rooftop bar.
