"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours. So honestly I won’t just be coming to Menorca again but I will be booking the same Accomodation. 5 stars \*\*\*\*\* I would give 6 if I could! "

"Our stay begin with a message about problems with electric (cutting out due to low power) only 2 weeks before leaving the uk, so far too late to rebook anything else. We think that the problem is caused be the swimming pool pump which trips out when it turns on and has to be reset quite frequently.Its a lovely area and first impressions were good of the villa however we soon noticed that it is a bit tired and the cleanliness could have been better.Made the best if it and had an enjoyable holiday."
